Mc Kinsey IT consulting has claimed the top position in Vault.com's Top 25 Technology Consulting Prestige Rankings as the top IT consulting firm. The firm has been ranked as the top IT consulting firm for the ninth straight year.
More than 1500 consultants were asked to rate the top IT consulting firms throughout a period of four months on a scale of 1 to 10 based on prestige. McKinsey and Company is closely followed by Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Consulting LLC. "McKinsey & Company simply cannot be beat in the prestige category in either Management and Strategy Consulting or Technology Consulting," said Brian Dalton, managing editor at Vault.com. The top 10 in the new list of the top IT consulting firms did not see many changes with Capgemini falling two notches as the main change.
Northrop Grumman Corporation was seen making an entry into the top 10 of the top IT consulting firms' list.
