Today SAP announced their 1000th SME customer in india, Subhiksha Retail. SAP seems to be growing at a rampant pace in India, with almost 400 customer new wins in 2007. Which translates to additions of two news customers per work day in 2007.

This is a very good article. What do you think are the key reasons for SAP’s success in India. Not many software companies have been hugely successful. Home grown tally has been much more successful than any other MNC. Any thoughts
